#1 - don't be an ass - remember that everything you do ingame is reflected on the guild.
#2 - use the tools available to you. The instance planner is there to help you make the most of your WoW experience - have a tinker you might be surprised...
#3 - when instancing and raiding follow the instructions of your leader. By all means throw in your opinion on how best to deal with a fight if asked your opinion, but once a fight starts be sure to stick to the group strategy.
#4 - if you sign up for an instance or raid on the planner please try to be online for the INVITE time. If you are unable to do this let the raid leader know in advance
#5 - when determining who gets what from the mobs you killed people should need roll on anything needed for their role on the run only (ie healers only roll on healer kit, casters on ranged dps etc etc). If you wish to roll on the item for an off spec please use Greed. If there is an enchanter in the group they will shard any none rolled loot and place the shard in the bank.
#6 - anyone who wants stuff from the guild bank should put a request in the "I Need" section on the forums. Once approved by 1 officer or two members they can either take it out (if they have permissions) or request an officer send them the item. Please note only requests with common courtesy included will be approved.
#7 - please be careful about what you deposit in the guild bank, and which tab you deposit to. While it's very kind to offer level 30 kit to the bank it's highly unlikely that it will ever be used. Please don't deposit green items (as these can be easily picked up from the AH if someone _really_ needs them). Space is at a premium and I'm currently hesitant to spend any more guild funds on another slot.
#8 - if you have an issue with someone else in the guild please bring it up with either myself or an officer rather than engaging in arguments. If you have an issue with someone outside the guild giving you hassle, ninja looting etc please let me know directly and I will deal with it.
#9 - remember it's a game. It's supposed to be fun and if it's causing you upset either give me a yell or perhaps consider a break once in a while (I've done it myself, and find it nice to come back after a week away).
#10 - remember to go outside, look at the sky, hug a tree. Too much time in front of your computer is bad for you (fun as it is!)
#11 - Members of the guild are expected to play within the rules of the game, and not seek to use exploits or cheats to gain an advantage. Any complaints from either guild or external members will result in potentially being kicked so Follow the Terms you agree to when installing the game.
#12 - If you are planning to raid with the guild Deadly Boss Mods and a Threat meter along with Ventrilo will be required.
A number of points refer to Splishy as he wrote this thing. He is an officer and as mentioned any problems can be discussed with any one of the officers in the guild. If you wish to speak to me about something please don't hesitate about it (I don't bite)
