Guild recruitment

Please follow these guidelines when inviting people to the guild.

1. Other than alts of our own chars guild recruitment is to be at level 20 and above. This gives the recruit chance to learn the ropes of the game.

2. We're particularly looking for high end Priests. Locks are also in short supply, so we could use some of them too.

3. Before inviting people to the guild please ask them why they want to join us - give them some background on how we work etc as not every guild is suitable for every player. We also need to make sure that people fit in with our style.

...and that's it. No spamming in LFG for members - I think the best way for us to grow in a controlled way is if we see people in instances etc that are without guild that play in a way that we do drop them a /w and see what they're up to. Also if we show that we are organised and friendly if we need to PUG a couple of people from other guilds for instances they're more likely to want to join us.

also a relative 'simple' solution is to have a thread for guildrecruitment on the forum. You can 'steal' idea from other guilds (MO,MH,TBR etc..) to respect a template they have to fill in.

This is pretty intresting, because when ppl do make the effort to fill in this template, they already show some degree of really wanting a guild that is helpfull and are sick of going solo or not feeling good in another guild.

Promoting our guild on arathor.net afterwards is not a bad idea, because most arathorians read the forums there (horde and alliance communicate in this forum to eachother too concerning pvp and stuff.
