Ok, looking down the list I think we have something along the lines of...
Tanks: Falkore, Amberley, Scorpious, Morahdenn, Zerl
Healers: Daffyd, Wryn, HeHeHe, Theakston, Kyon, Stupify
DPS: Jozef, Aghnim, Briony, Jenin, Sylantar, Monica, Soulitter, jackanddanny (on your mage please), Harnomy, Nimbus, Arty, Kaera, Pollock, Aryina
Zerl has forgotten his password for the planner, he said last night he wanted to come though.
Faph: I need Pollock a lot more than I need Faphnir, can you confirm you're happy to go DPS/infernal control instead of healing please?

Strategy for Doom Lord Kazzak
**If you have less than 9-10k health when raid buffed you cannot attempt this fight**
Falkore tanking, healers healing, everyone else nuke the absolute living shiz out of him. He has a cleave so melee MUST stay behind him. Random casters will get a debuff called Mark of Kazzak that drains their mana for 8 seconds and makes them blow up if they run out of mana, move away from the rest of the raid quickly before you explode if that looks likely (total drain is 40% of your maximum mana). Twisted Reflection is a magical debuff that must be removed immediately, whenever he damages whoever has it he heals for a fair bit.
Absolutely critical: YOU MUST NOT DIE! If you die he heals for about 10% of his health. Every minute (roughly) he goes mental and does 6 AoE shadowbolt volleys on the raid while battering the tank 30% harder which is why there is a minimum health requirement. The entire raid will need both a healthstone and healing potions. Do NOT use your potion cooldown for mana pots, the fight will not last long enough to need them. Even if you go OOM due to the Mark of Kazzak then it's still far more important that you don't die.
Surviving the enrage: Halfway through the first enrage (i.e. after you take 2-3 shadowbolts) pop your health potion. Do the same with your healthstone on the second enrage, the third enrage should come a few seconds before your potion cooldown is up so he has to die before then.
Short version: Nuke the shiz out of him, don't die.
See you all this evening, hopefully not a day of juggling cancellations and a good raid can be had by all
