Hi guys sorry but i won't be able to make tonight's arena i haven't been well the past few days and just watching any movement makes me feel ill so i won't be able to join you as much as i really want to

hopefully i should feel better this wednesday when i reduce my tegretol, i'm guessing that that is what's causing me the problems i'm having now.

As we're going to be missing Elly and Potatoe I think we may be looking at cancelling Arena for this week (or possibly doing 3 vs 3). Fingers crossed that WAR will be up by then anyways

Well I don't mind doing 3v3, as it's likely that my boss will want to take me out tomorrow night (he's up at my office for the second time in... 7 months) but it's entirely up to you guys.
