Announcement regards forum membership and addin installation

As all who were at the meeting last Sunday will be aware it is now compulsory that everyone in the guild installs the roster addin (details here) and is signed up for the forums. Anyone not doing so will find that their rank in the guild will start to drop.

Please pass this information on to anyone not currently signed up/using the addin. Anyone having problems with the addin should first ask in guild chat - a lot of people in there should be able to help. If this gives no joy have them post on the forums and I'll sort them out.


Also be aware that only the higher levels of the guild are able to invite people, and new members should apply on the forum.

The first round of demotions happened this morning - please install the addins people, it's not hard and there are plenty of people to help with any problems.  I much prefer to use the carrot than the stick, but it's now a month or so since roster was setup and we still have a majority of people not using it.

We also have a majority of people not signed up to the forums, or signed up but not using it a'la token gesture.

I suggest using a guild mass mail mod to send a mailshot out to educate the masses.

On a serious note: I like the mass mail idea tremendously. It will make all guildies aware of the mods (in case one or two have been living under a rock).
