For your level and my rough knowledge of palalalalaladins i'd go for something like this.

For levelling builds are pretty much unimportant, only for raiding are individual talent points really counted.  For levelling work on the principle that if it increases your damage or reduces your downtime it's good.

Protection is pretty much the accepted levelling spec these days, though I personally found going from 70-80 as lolret to be hilarious. No downtime is much much goodness.

If you're going ret (and based on the spec you linked, it looks like you are) then avoid Seal of Command and Divine Purpose - both are largely useless. Make sure you pick up anything that boosts your strength (5/5 in Divine Strength is pretty much a must). http://eu.wowarmory.com/talent-calc.xml?cid=2&tal=000000000000000000000000005522010020000000000000000005232050203331302133231331 is pretty much the accepted Retribution raiding spec, so if you're looking to join us with a pala and want to maximise your raiding effectiveness it's a good target.

Well, its actually for my hordie ^^;
But I was thinking to go later as pally in guild.

The same build applies to either faction

SoC used to be great for PvP, but since 3.1 it's pretty useless even for that after it got hit by the nerfbat.

Also for levelling - not sure if you have a toon to 80 on the horde side, but if you do I strongly recommend that you look at grinding some emblems of heroism and buying the shoulders - an extra 10% XP from kills (and since 3.1.0 quest turnins too) is not to be sniffed at. Plus they're pretty neat shoulders to boot.
