Well only thing I can say is just stay calm and focus (specially with Hodir at first it was complete chaos but you'll get used to it)
Beyond that just use beacon on the 2nd one taking a lot of dmg (mainly the offtank) or during bossfights yourself - next time we should sort this out at the start of a raid which pally puts his BoL on which member. (I must admit that I didn't know that BoL doesn't stack - so best use it as I explained a bit earlyer)
also cast the "shield of light"thingy on the tank OR (even better sometimes) someone who takes dmg but not alot (since it only absorbs 500 dps) during the time the shield is up you get a 50% + crit chance to FoL (this is why my average FoL is so high also the glyph of FoL is a nice addition ( +5% crit chance)) also usecrit Holy Shock + FoL as much as possible (+/- 10k heal in 1.5 sec is a nice bonus) I must admit that I only cast FoL - I will only seldom cast Holy Light because mostly the tank is dead by the time he needs it/time it takes to cast. Also when you see you cant drag the tank / fellow healer out of the dmg DO use your Lay on Hands - it has a CD of 15 min (with glyph / talent) but it sure beats wiping.
One final thing I love to use is (and all credit goes to Taligecko about this)
"Paladins have a healing AOE" + mana aoe (as I read further in the convo this might be nerfed which is complete bollocks - druids have hots, priests have hots (shamans have hots???) so why shouldn't pallies have an aoe heal/mana? - retarded people) So just use your Judgement of Wisdom / Light whenever you can. This also increases your haste rating (if you have talents put into that)
Beyond that there is not much I can tell you. Just watch your footing, use Shock + FoL crits as much as possible, keep beacon and shield up and you'll be fine.
Something for Hodir:
The instant the mage (gnome) is out you check his every move and go to his fires (this way you don't have to worry about the cold dmg debuff) from there you just cast your spells (this also applies to ranged dps)
when he does his "big snowfall thingy" STOP CASTING (cancel every spell in progress - only cast an instaspell) and run to the edge of the big blue cirlcles. There you WAIT until the snow has FALLEN (not faster or you'll get knocked back). Stand on the snowpile and STAY there as long as you can (it's ok if you get 1 or maybe 2 of the cold debuffs - just be sure you don't come off too soon or you will still freeze!). Then he will do his Frozen Blows (try to find a fire) - now this is hard to heal - I'd suggest to Beacon the tank OR (in case of 2 healadins) yourself - DO NOT underestimate the raid dmg even with frost ress gear + If the tank is really in trouble use LoH (best not cast Holy Light for it takes too long to cast anyway). After this go back to the gnome/find a fire and start all over and hope the dps is high enough to kill him in time

Every single DPS is important in this fight - DO NOT let anyone die --- no pressure

I hope this helps a bit
