I tried several DK-only addons, none of wich i liked and i ended up with 2 general addons which i now cant live without on every char i have
Note: I normally have the runes smaller and more faded out, i just made them this visible so that you can see the potential
As you can see, Icehud not only moves health-,Mana-, Enemy- and Castbars to the middle, it also moves your runes, where you can adjust their location and alpha as you like it. On this screen 3 runes are ticking down on cooldown as i just used DnD, they will blink a bit when they are off cooldown
Not visible in this pic but he is there is Mik's Scrolling Battle Text. Which tells you exactly what procs when etc.
About your desease timer, Icehud shows the debuffs of mobs you fight with on the right side under the curved bars, your deseases are always first so that should help (it helps me)
