I've spent the past couple of weeks toying with the RC of version 2 of the forum software that we use on my test webserver - it's pretty, and everything works fine barring the fact that the old skins are duffed.

I'll be upgrading the software at the weekend, and when this happens everyone will be using a new skin (even if you manually had a different one set). I'd ask that anyone who forsees any problems with this please drop me a line ASAP.

Wowhead linkage should be working again now

I forgot that I'd installed a mod on my local box as the themes are massively different. The buttons at the top (planner, stats etc) are part of the default theme which all other themes take their info from - I'll get some other themes installed over the next day or so, that way you customisation whores can stay happy

on my andriod its not really loading, hanging halfway. Will post how it looks once it finally loads the site

Hmm.... droid should load the full site, but the site does a detect for Jesus Phone and his little brother, which has a custom theme

Droid indeed does loads the full page, no problem btw, loaded once and now its as quick and smooth as the old one was. Although looking at it in vertical mode looks silly (the website doesn't want to use a scroll bar horizontal, so just presses it all in the screen) the horizontal mode looks really good. ^^

Do you have a website for that iphone site? Several websites recognize Droids and sent them to the mobile version, while i mostly skip that and go to the full page this might be handy (as my provider has cut my speed two months in a row, claiming i use more then 10 times the usual data of the average customer)

I'll take a look at detectiong for droid - I know it can certainly be hacked to work with Windows Mobile, so I can't see any reason that I couldn't fit the droid in too. I'll make it my task for the weekend

Interesting: Firefox (3.5.5, latest version) on the mac has trouble scrolling through the forum - it's horribly slow. No trouble with Safari or mobile Safari though.

Hmm... it works fine on PC. Will give it a shot from linux when I get home and see how it looks. Cheers for testing
