Just a question,
I've been in SoG previously on a char called Aalia, lvl 78. I got hacked a few months ago and had to stop playing :S I got my new account about 2 days ago. I'm also friend with Blomisha and Alesahe
I was hacked about a year ago, but then send blizzard an email, responded to their questions by identifying myself, got a new password (changed it to something else once i logged in), got onto my account, saw that all my chars where stripped of both equipment and money, ticketed it, had to answer a few questions live to a GM and got all the equipment and money back by ingame mail within the hour.
So, to make a long story short, and you'll proberly feel the question coming, Have you seriously tried to get your account back?
I was on a very unsafe computer back then (my Steam got hacked twice in that period) but blizzard made no point out of it (unlike steam) in getting my account back as long as i could prove i was who i claimed to be.
Just out of knowing how it is to lose the work you put into chars and the game, starting over again, i know that feels sour.
