Minutes for Meeting - 15/10/06
Ok attendance althought people were participating from a distance.
1. Generally pleased with how things are working at the moment, the instances have gone extreamly well this wekk and we hope for another good week. We now have enough people at lvl 60 or just under so 10-man or a number of 5 man instances can be done on the same day.
2. Please make sure everyone has the addons installed and that they are working. If you have any problems with this please leave SPlishy a message and he can help sort it out. There is an extensive help post on the forum regarding setting it up.
3. TS is becoming a must have for instances. Most people who aren't using it will find instancing extramly difficult as everyone else in the group is likely to be talking through TS and forget that 1 person isn't using it.
4. Unfortunatly we have lost a member of the guild to a raiding guild although Fatalis has now brought his alt into the guild.
5. Welcome to everyone who has joined the guild over the last few weeks, I hope you have enjoyed your time so far with the guild and continue to do so.
6. Congratulations to all those who have reached or are about to reach level 60 in the next couple of days.
7. We still need more high end warlocks in the guild so if you happen to party with an unguilded player that you feel would fit in with our guild, have a chat with them about joining via the Forum.
8. A side line I forgot to mention - If people start demoting other characters in channel for no reason orther than playing they will find them selves very quickly taken down to the lowest rank, This has occoured a number of times recently and it is really distracting to people watching the guild chat and questing.
Your lower rank is unlikely to change for a couple of weeks or even longer if people forget about it so be worned in advance if you mess with the ranks you will have a sudden drop.

Actually I tried to do them at 8:00 this morning but the site was down so I had planned to do them on my lunch break but nevermind i just hope no one sees me on the interweb:)
