Looks good to me. In that case... Do you want to stream the main or dev channel? I can happily leave my machine online overnight. Im guessing that the RTS and WoW tournament are likely to be less interesting to those without video...

Had to do some monkeying to get Stereo Mix to work (works fine on the third set of drivers I tried :)) so that's all sorted. I've setup Blizzcon 1 and Blizzcon 2 channels for tonight - both are globally muted, I'll un-mute the clients doing the streaming once it gets started.

As Daff suggested it makes sense for people to add a phantom to the Blizzcon channel they want to listen to and just chat in the lobby so it doesn't interrupt the streaming for anyone. To do this right click the channel>miscellaneous>add/remove phantom. I've bumped the license to the server for 25 connections for this weekend, will drop it back down afterwards (the hosts are happy to do a pro-rating of the fees and a couple of days won't break the bank.)

I'll stream the Development stage in Blizzcon 2, if Daff could do the main stage in 1 that'd be awesome.

Does anyone know which presentaton is likely to include any big news? I'm planning on watching 80% of the show but I'd be gutted if I missed something interesting happening.  As far as I can tell, each event is centred around one specific topic (classes/desgin/raids etc).

My viewing will look like

Opening ceremony>Diablo 3 Gameplay (the Starcraft 2 cinematics I'll pick up at a later date, and I bored of them when I was trialling the game tbh)>WoW Dungeons & Raids>WoW Quests & Lore>WoW Live Raid>Bed

Diablo 3: Crafting Sanctuary>WoW Class Q&A>WoW Open Q&A>WoW Art>Blizzard Sound>Closing Ceremony.

As for news D3 looks to be a bit light on coverage, so I'm wondering if that might be the big reveal for this year?

I'll be with you on one difference: I'll be watching the Cat Cinematics on saturday. They have it planned to last one hour, so i'm convinced they have way more then the already revealed cinematic from last week

if its not different then i'll hop channel ofc

yeah, I figured that the cinematics will be available after the event at the usual places, and I have aa little more than a passing interest in D3 :)

You haven't gone back to the proper client have you? Main stage is streaming fine for me with Flash.

Has anyone recieved their Deathy pet yet?  I'm reading about people claiming him but so far I have heard nothing, 6-8 weeks was all I knew, not sure why some have him already.  Maybe the actual attendees?

Don't have it yet, sadly, and no email outside an excuse for not shipping stuff from the pre-sale.

Waiting patiently
