I'm about to run an upgrade of the raid planner to add database support for all the Cataclysm stuff. As such the planner is likely to be unavailable for the next 30 mins or so - I'll post when everything is completed.

As seems par for the course the upgrade path needs more tweaking, restoring the backup now.

Ok, upgrade succesfully done on test, backing up and running live in the next 15 mins or so.

Seems my testing wasn't *quite* thorough enough, and the new version has some freaky stuff going on with index.php meaning that if you *weren't* logged in you can now not login. It's back to the backup for now while I try to figure why a change would be made in the manner that it has.

Ok, I've added in the Cataclysm content including the new race/class combos. The rest of the updates to the planner will need to wait until the dev behind the planner gets back to me as the new release seems to have utterly knackered the signon process when using a seperate table for members and I need to understand why he's done that.

Images for the new content are uploading at present, but should be there in around 15-20 mins all being well

...and to make it easier for you all I've just spent 10 minutes populating the 5 man instances in the dungeon table. I'll sort raids out tonight.

Somethings bugged which won't let me select a class or race when making a character on the planner. Click on the drop down menu and there's nothing to select.

The armory caching seems to be broken. Hovering over a name gives no information and clicking a name brings you to an error page with

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Prob. has something to do with the armory moving witht he new blizzard website?

edit: replaced the character name with <charname>, not like it really matters on this forum, but meh

Still seeing problems with people who don't already have characters on the planner (such as Anatelia). The dev is aware of the issue, and working on it but I have no fix time at present I'm afraid.

In light of the above I'd suggest that we go back to the old method of raid signups temporarily: ie post in the thread to signup, otherwise those who don't already have characters created are going to get passed over.

Hopefully WRM will be fixed soon, but the changes that have been made to how groups are assigned in the planner code need to be corrected.

...And in other news not only is the raid planner working again, but the cookies issue (which meant you had to login again pretty much every time you visited the site) should also be sorted.

It's amazing how productive I can be in a weekend when I don't have to go to work on Monday!
