Updated Image links and tidied up a bit.

I couldnt believe the registration was working at midnight when I tried to be honest. I checked the page when everyone got disconnected due to the stupid amount of people near the portal waiting to see if anything happened and it let me in first go, albeit a little slowly and accepted the details and I was good to go! I Managed to get through the portal just after midnight CET, here are few screenines for the sights that await!



The first sight that greeted me on going through the portal! The Pit Commander is the big ass beastie in front of me! Another one rocked up a couple of minutes later!



First few shots are just looking around having come through the portal which is behind me. The Alliance flightpath and first few NPCs are to the left. The place is swarming with Alliance and Hord NPCs fighting back the elite mobs attacking the portal area.



Looking towards the Horde area, steps go back up to the portal.



Easiest quest ever, go through portal, talk to bloke!



Actually looks quite pretty for a destroyed world!



Swarms of Elites spawn and charge the portal area, plenty of NPCS on hand to defend from both factions from the looks of it though. I wouldn't want to be facing that lot by myself though!



This is the live beastie! Taken down quite quickly by all the NPCS though!



Quick run down the stairs for a look around, and then ran away again when I saw these guys!



In flight to the first town, pretty much directed here straight away and all the lvl ?? elites make walking see like a bad idea!



The crystal thingy to the right could be something to do with a later quest?

Picked up mine at 7am from Tesco's installing as we speak.  Heh they said we didn't have any, I recorded them last night

That's Tesco for ya, I called in about buying a 360 they told me we didn't sell them XD then i told them "sure we do i've seen them come in with one of the courriers, and i've seen the small display boxes on the shelf" but of course it was one of the managers i was speaking to and they're trained to say "we don't sell it" if they've no clue. a time saving thing apparently *sigh*

Its completely sold out in Germany - ppl had the chance to buy their copy tonight in some shops and they were so insane that they even destroyed the shopwindows  

I didnt preoder - thought I could buy my copy today ^^I'll see then....

Part 2 moved to here as I had too many images in the first post -



Almost there now!



Landed, usual village setup and NPCS. There are training people all over to get those tradeskills up to the next levels! Can't ffind the leatherworking one so far though!



Standard Inn layout, nice stuff to buy, shame I am broke or too low level!



View of the keep, NPC in here gives you your first 2 proper quests in outland. Hopefully the guards will be updated to tell you where everyone is as they dont seem to do that here and it would be nice but as it's not a major city I guess it's unlikely. I guess I will have to go round and talk to everyone instead!

At this point I gave in to tiredness and the fact I had to come into work today and logged out. No doubt by the time I get home today people will have gone much further but hopefully this will have been a nice taster for everyone!

...Or I might just farm some Ghost Mushrooms when I get home tonight instead. I have some extra curricular networking stuff to do after work so I won't be home til late anyways, so I'll prolly do that. And a bit of BGs, of course.

Ah the people who have been saving up all their quests for turnins for the race to 70... How sad.

I've said it before - the levelling is the most fun bit. Enjoy it while it lasts.

I sent Faphnir a PM, but does anyone in the guild have some ghost mushrooms they'd like to sell me for a reasonable price? I need to get my hands on 20 and really can't be chewed with the farming...
