New instance planner!

The 'Roster' links dont go anywhere either. I can't see any names in that list of characters within the 'My Profile'>'Characters'. The column formatting is a bit chuffed up in there too...

hey i hae created an account and character, but have no way of creating a new run...any resolution to this?

Also would it be possible to have the old instance planner running whilst the numerous issues with the new one are resolved?

It's still there at http://www.seedsofglory.net/raid however I have amended permissions slightly and you should now be able to create runs (create>raid)

I'll continue to use the old one for now I think... the new one looks like it's a promising beta version, but not anything actually useable atm. Some of that may just be configuration kinks still to be worked out, but I suspect some of it's just that it's still rather a work-in-progress.

Barring the permissions issue (ie anyone can alter anyone else's character) and the roster implementation it should all be ok. I'll put a link on the main page to the old one so people can use the one they prefer.

ok. So I 'signed up' for the Blood Furnace run on sunday. I logged in and clicked the little pic of the pencil, but all it has now, is an hour glass on the calender saying I am in a queue awaiting an available slot!!!!!!

There is a slot... Its the empty priest one!!!

Another bug submitted to the phpraider dev. I've had enough of it for one day, so am hiding the link until I get some fixes.

2 problems with that (above and beyond the bugs)

Firstly if it's not used by people then no bugs are found. Secondly if you read the post above and look on the front page you'll see that the new system is hidden to Joe Public.

Thirdly I give up. I've spent the past 2 days trying to get things fixed and working, but screw it - I'll leave things as they are. I'm not a developer, as those who know me will be aware and I'm sure as hell not going to pretent that I am one.

The current one is at least functional, and the list view struck me as more useful than the calender view they new one had anyway...
